Our bed and breakfast has an Irish/South African influence as Maurice hails from Southern Ireland and Olga from South Africa.

The bed and breakfast is situated a 10 minute walk away from the University of East Anglia and within walking distance of Norwich Research Park, the Norwich and Norfolk Hospital and the Spire Hospital. The Royal Norwich and Eaton Golf Club are both situated less than 2 miles from us and the Norwich and Norfolk Show Ground is only 12 minutes by car.

A 20 minute walk will take you into the centre of Norwich with the region's largest shopping centre, theatre, cinemas and hundreds of restaurants and cafes.

If you wish to travel by bus or car we are approximately 5-10 mins away from the city centre. There is a regular bus service running past the guest house into the city centre.
